More info: The idea behind this painting is to put women in the centre of the attention... also with tennis. His belief is that women are stronger than men and deserve much more attention and credit than they still not get nowadays. His example here is to give the women their own 'color' court and that men should take a step back and have more respect for women in general.

i try to protect my art with flowers
The painting above I painted in 2018 and here on the right is the shirt ballboys and -girls wore at the US-open of 2024. This design looks a bit too similar compared to my painting with title 'Grand Slam'. No approval or whatsoever was asked by the producer of this shirt to use my design. On one hand i am flattered that they used my design and on the other hand it is ofcourse very rude.
